Bill Locke was elected to the Go Mini’s Board of Directors in 2020. As the president of Admiral Moving Services, Inc., in Fayetteville, AR, Bill has completed several leadership and management programs from prestigious universities such as George Mason University in Washington, D.C. and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Bill has been a successful entrepreneur and Go Mini’s franchisee, operating several Go Mini’s locations across the midwest in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri and has recently completed his term as President of Northside Fayetteville Rotary. As a Board Member for Go Mini’s, Bill brings a proven track record of business development and success that he aims to implement to move Go Mini’s forward as an organization.

The year Rick Paulk signed up with Go Mini’s was the same year Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast. Starting with one container in 2005, Paulk now has 500 in New Orleans and another 300 in Texas. The 30-year veteran of trucking and warehousing, who owned United and Mayflower moving franchises, has stormed to the head of the class as Go Mini’s largest operator in both units and revenue.

John has been in the transportation and storage business in the metro NY area since 1990 and provides a diversified offering of transportation/storage related services through his portfolio of companies. In 2006 John purchased Go Minis territories in the NY/CT/NJ market and entered the portable moving and storage business. His business has steadily grown over the years and has consistently been a high volume producer for the Go Minis system. 

Mr. Barron is a commercial-industrial real estate specialist. He is Past Chairman and President of Wm. G. Barron Enterprises, Inc., a commercial real estate broker, manager and developer, roles he held from 1979 to 2021. He is a director of First Financial Bancorp (FFBC) and serves on the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and is Chairman of the Enterprise Risk and Compliance Committee. Mr. Barron previously served as a director of MainSource Financial Group, Inc. beginning in 1989 and as a director of MainSource Bank from 2011 until April 1, 2018. Mr. Barron presently serves as a director of Owensboro Riverport Authority.

Since 1997, Mr. Barron has been designated a (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member, which signifies expertise in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, valuation, asset management and investment analysis.

Mr. Barron is National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship Certified™ and Cyber Risk Oversight Certified. The NACD Directorship Certification™ program equips directors with the foundation of knowledge sought by boards to effectively contribute in the boardroom.

Mr. Barron brings extensive experience in the banking, homebuilding, commercial real estate development , portable storage and self-storage industries and a deep commitment to community which provide valuable expertise to the Company.

Chris joined Go Mini’s as our President and CEO in 2020. Chris has extensive business and legal experience having held both legal and operational roles in public and private companies. He worked with Real Media, Inc. as the digital advertising category established itself. He was the General Counsel for ecommerce pioneer Outpost.com and helped lead them through a restructuring and eventual sale. Chris was also the CEO and General Counsel of OptiCare Health Systems, Inc., a public company that he restructured to profitability for an eventual transaction to a private company. Chris was also the General Counsel for a technology manufacturer in the entertainment industry and closed the sale of the company to private equity investors. Chris has worked with several private equity and venture capital investors in both buy and sell transactions. Most recently he has held operational and legal roles with technology and adverting companies. Chris holds a B.A. from the University of Dayton and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law.

With an extensive background spanning over 20 years in the portable storage and moving industries, Ron brings a wealth of experience as both an executive and franchisee within our major competitors' networks. He has not only established his own thriving portable storage franchise but has also been instrumental in fostering growth for franchisees and franchisors alike. Through innovative sales and marketing strategies, the introduction of new products and services, process enhancements, and the establishment of national accounts, Ron has made significant contributions to the growth of those businesses. Additionally, it's worth noting that Ron is a United States Army veteran who served proudly in the Infantry (Airborne).

David joined our team in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in both digital marketing and sales. With a profound knowledge of our system and franchisees, he quickly became an invaluable asset to our organization.

Lori Zezza serves as Operations Manager & Franchise Development Support for Go Mini’s Franchising, bringing a diverse background in operations, project management, logistics, and business development to the organization. In her role, Lori manages Go Mini’s nationwide long-distance moving program while supporting the company’s franchise development efforts and overseeing customer service for the corporate retail operation in Colorado Springs.

With a career built around managing complex programs and events, developing strong professional relationships, and keeping projects moving forward, Lori brings an organized and resourceful approach to her work. She especially enjoys connecting with prospective franchise owners, learning about their goals, and introducing them to the Go Mini’s brand and franchise opportunity.
